Overall good company - Senior Accountant Erie and Niagara Insurance Association Employee Review

There are so many pros to working at Erie and Niagara. Not only are the benefits amazing, but management truly cares about their employees. Profit sharing, pension, and platinum health plans are hard to find at other places. I also love the flexible work schedule. Great group of people to work with!

There aren't many cons for ENIA. It is a smaller organization but there is still room to grow in most departments. The company is very willing to pay for trainings you are interested in.

Great benefits and they train you for higher positions.

Can be micro-managed too much.
