Growing way too big to fast forgetting the people who are getting them there. Ernest Health likes to use up all the profits to build and buy more hospitals while promoting all corporate, or "home office" big wigs. With each promotion comes a new made up title and increase in salary as the hospital's budget goes up to cover them. In the meantime only rotating clinical employees who tend to not stay more than a year oe so sometimes get a raise of maybe 3% while loyal employees who work in the kitchen or billing office of 3-10 years get a 1% increase which does not cover the increase in health insurance hikes or the general cost of livings.
