Pros
Coworkers make it nice to work there, I enjoy that with each patient leaving many of the employees congratulate them on their improvements and ability to leave.
Cons
Our facility has had a high turnover rate. They don't allow water at any of the nurses stations or even in the cupboards. Our facility upper leadership only cares about rehab therapy and doesn't always appreciate or see the needs of the nurses that are with the patients 24/7.
