working on age old technologies, excpet a few teams. very less onsite , again depends on the team. promotion gets stagnant once u reach software engineer level. People are at this level from 4-6 years. no transportation facility or claim bring ur own food(again good for married people) maximum work is related to testing. notice period 90 days.
