1. No encouragement, if there is any, they respond as if they are doing a favor to the employee instead of valuing their work, this makes the employee feel worthless and non deserving. 2. They try to save money by hiring freshers, waste lot of time training them even when the requirement for experienced candidate is critical 3. They bring in developers or freshers who aspire to be developers and make them work on testing, so the people who leave the team/company are more. 4. They make promises that can't be fulfilled 5. The senior management has some favorite employees so even when the team members complain no action will be taken against them instead they are defended and protected. 6. Promotions are almost stagnant 7. The senior management in the HQ, Ghent has no clue about points 2,3,4&5 mentioned above
