No matter who your manager is, all the decisions are taken by a single person. Not a good place for Tech Writers - no proper team, no lead, communication gaps between managers and tech writers in Germany. They call everyone in office and people don't even have chairs to sit. Also, the food they provide during programs is not of good quality. Also, they said they call quarterly once for two weeks, the frequency this year was more. They don't consider all the factors while deciding the office dates.
