Pros

As long as you keep your mouth shut then you’re guaranteed to never get fired.

Cons

- pay is awful compared to competitors - the company refuses to innovate since there isn’t too much competition - the number of options for remote work are lacking so they force you to move to the middle of nowhere (Redlands, CA) just because the founder is from there - the management is all old white men that grew up with jack. No real talent present anywhere - the company hires based off of where you went to college and not talent. They promote based off of this as well

Pros

Generally nice colleagues and lower stress. Nice campus.

Cons

1. Senior Management: Lacks courage to do the right thing, strategic vision, and competencies. Does not and is not willing to see reality. Some are known for bullying behavior but tolerated. Culture: Non innovative, highly siloed, not collaborative, low standards, and slow. Compensation: Below industry standards and no bonus. Career Growth: Some at lower levels, but past that based in favoritism and not competencies, experience or achievements.
