Pros
Associates are thoughtfully rewarded for company's success during the year. Compensation was very fair
Cons
Nothing much was negative other than some managers may have had way too much on their plate and rarely could say much more than a hurried, but polite "hi". They'd love to say more, but just are too pressed for time.
