      Good down to earth people, great benefits, incredible work life balance with good amount of time off (26 or so days annually with holidays).

      Cons

      Minimal annual raises, not many opportunities for promotions.

      Solid benefits, job security, low stress, relatively predictable work. Good place to work if you’re raising a family.

      Cons

      Not a place to learn much. No WFH flexibility despite most work being able to be done from home.
