Dear former C.N.A. team member, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with me. I would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments. With a total of 5 hours and 4 minutes per resident per day, Essex Meadows holds a 5 Star rating, the highest rating possible, in the CMS (Medicare) Nursing Home Compare website for staffing. Our overall rating is also 5 Stars. Essex Meadows consistently staffs our Health Center well above the Connecticut Average of 3 hours and 50 minutes. for more details, copy and paste: https://www.medicare.gov/care-compare/details/nursing-home We schedule our team members to fully staff the health center on every shift, 24/7, and when staff cannot fulfill their scheduled shift(s), we work diligently to replace those shifts with our per diem and agency staff. We understand that the highest staffing levels and hiring and retaining the best, most qualified, caring and compassionate staff members, is the key to excellence in resident care and team satisfaction.
