Pros

I get paid to sit around the house quite a bit, easy work, I start getting paid when I leave my door till I get back home.

Cons

They are really bad about discriminating information to those of us out in the field. They have a tendency to Micky Mouse most parts of their operation.

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
