Pros

We went through some difficult times after our merger of two companies, but recently within the last 6 months, things have started getting progressively better. The management is more engaged, we are seeing more communication, they even took some of the company out to a ballgame! I really look forward to seeing what they will do in the next 6 months!

Cons

We have some antequated systems, mainly our system we use for call management and finance. I wish we could go to more of a windows based system that was easier to move around in.

Work from home I guess otherwise nothing else

Cons

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
