A group of employees really care about this company and try ever day to make a difference. Unfortunately, they are small in number.

Cons

MANAGEMENT IS A CON...FULL OF CONS... This is by far the worst team of management that I have ever worked for. There is no communication, no sense of ownership and certainly no leadership. This is a sinking ship and they are too blind to see it. Many good employees have been forced out due to poor management and I am sure that trend will continue. It is a complete shame and I feel sorry for those who show up every day and pour their heart and soul into this company.

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
