use to be an ok company to work for until they hired unprofessional managers!

Cons

Management team discriminates against their employees and they bully employees to work round the clock with no breaks they make threats about firing you. This company has no room for advancement and they do not give any raises. They treat long term employees like crap due to certain managers having no management skills and this company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They are always cutting employees pay rather then giving raises to hard working employees that have been loyal to this company!! They do not care about their employees AT ALL!!

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
