They pay well, but they need to.

Cons

They are completely disorganized. Their products are legacy running on 10+ old code. The requirements for the positions there mandate being on call because their stuff is so buggy that it constantly needs monitoring and fixed. They have all their eggs in one basket and no one you report to actually works in the area so support when getting started is nil.

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
