There’s a lot of variety in the work no two days feel exactly the same, which keeps it interesting. If you’re motivated and speak up, there’s room to grow and take on more responsibility.

Cons

Not everything is “plug and play” some internal systems and training resources are still catching up as the company grows.

Everything about this company is a con. There is zero chance for you to grow with the company, higher ups prefer to pay their technicians cheap rates and pay their employees pennies so they can keep all the money for themselves. Every year they do layoffs and they make their current employees work their current tasks in addition to the task of the people they laid off without giving a pay increase. I worked there for 11 years and during that time I only got a raised twice even though I got promoted to higher positions still my hourly wage stayed the same. They give better chance to people who joined the company 1-2 years ago like someone who’s been working there for 5+ years. I would just avoid working here at all costs.
