Pros

Unlimited free popcorn, break room has a nice snack area (you have to pay for it), most people are nice, and you can learn a lot since you'll have to be buried in work.

Cons

Poor benefits, poor pay, poor management, and the owner just doesn't really care anymore expect about profits.

ESI is a strong financially solid company - a leader in the telecom space - with 32 years in the industry. It's going to be thriving and present for many many more years to come.

Thank you for your review. We take pride in our long history in the industry as many of competitors have struggled to meet the demands of the Telecom space. You do not have to look far and deep to see the competitors that have disappeared over the past 31 years (Nortel, Toshiba, Executone, Comdial, Rolm, Tie, etc...). By my count there are at least 20 manufacturers that have come and gone or filed for bankruptcy. Over the past 31 years we have not spent a lot of money on marketing in the traditional sense. We work with a large network of experienced resellers and agents that are on the front lines doing the prospecting for new opportunities. We use our marketing $'s to try to support our partners efforts to succeed. As far as training goes. We do have internal discussions underway to improve our on boarding and training processes. Those processes start with proper documentation which is being updated as the business evolves. George
