NO Management!!! Hard to get vacation time approved unless you were in the good ole boy softball club, maintenance program is nonexistent , terminal mgr in Memphis thinks more of office personnel than drivers, Cut times are a fantasy, overweight loads everyday and not enough tandem axles ( pup lanes) NO training for dock workers!!! Yard jockeys DONT hook pups at Memphis, they just get in your way while you are hooking and sit and bs on cell phones while you strain moving dollies. Yard jockeys jack trailer up so that it can be a foot higher than the fifth wheel and then they park them too close together so you can get hooked, if you flag them down they keep going , Mechanics are lazy and will not fix anything!! P&d drivers drive good trucks and you have all of the spring ride junk to choose from if your truck is down waiting two weeks on parts from Richmond,
