Long hours. Plenty of freight to be delivered and picked up. Everyday was different deliveries. Weekends off. Option to earn extra $$ on weekends pay per mile on linehaul.
Cons
Cramped terminal with. Moldy trucks 1990's. A lot of trucks no cold air. Orlando Trucks parked with windows down. Truck fan doesn't work. Sweat Shop Environment. I was sick for a week. Small yard. Trlrs parked in yard rubbing together. Constant trlr damage. New drivers quit in 2 weeks. Management looking to write you up for anything. No communication. HURRY ON BACK FOR LATE ARRIVALS. Last stop terminal with late inbounds. No respect for drivers. Employee parking is not enough room. Health insurance for wife is non existent if your wife works and the employer offers health insurance. DO IT THE ESTES WAY. Fix this insurance problem and pay overtime after 40hrs.
