Heartbroken now days - P/D Driver Estes Express Lines Employee Review

Finally after 4 yrs...we finaly get what we deserve...but the one thing us employees want are our sick days back....can't call is sick at estes...they will have a write up for you the next day....the point system they use for being late.etc....sucks if you have a family emergency....worst company to work for...and they know but don't care...they know we can't leave and go else where during this recession ....if management showed they care for there employees...the employees would help estes be a great courier.....as an employee....we don't need a raise..we need the point system to disappear......:.....
