Pros
Their hourly pay I guess, but you have to sacrifice family time and basically work six days a week. But time and a half doesn't start u til you reach 55 hours.
Cons
Terrible equipment, Terrible freight, Terrible dock workers, Absokutely Terrible Dispatchers, Terrible Management that is constantly changing every six months. Management plays favorites!!! Big time, one driver at our terminal had been kicked out of five different customer locations, one for sexual harassment and he still had a job!!! Management and dispatchers always try to force you to work over your legal 14 hours per day, and if you refuse they threaten you with write ups. I had to go over everyone's head and call the head safety manager, to get my write ups taken off. Basically this place is Toxic!!
