They are a very Finacially Stable company. They promote from within as often as possible. They are family owned and tend to be pretty cool in allowing time off for family needs. The work environment is amazing. People are generally very nice and laid back. Everyone Works hard, but has fun at the same time. They have several different divisions, so ings are always growing and expanding. While there is some dull moments, generally speaking there is always something to do. Good benefits. Very little Micro-managing takes place if you are doing your job well.
