Pros
Good money and good benefits for full time employees. 3 raises a year til you get top pay. Long hours on third shift can be tiring at times but time goes by so fast it’s morning before you know it.
Cons
Never know what time we get off !! We do our shifts work plus half of first shift!! So they need to implement a plan that divides up the work load some what evenly(although first shift is filled with employees with 10+ years in the business). Need longer than a 30 min
