The only thing descent about this company is benefits.
Cons
Dispatcher treats employees horrible. If lunch is taken when not conveinant employees get sent back out. Employees are cussed at, for damaged freight or bring backs ( if truck was loaded correctly, this wouldn't be a problem). Vacation days are denied or request doesn't even get returned. Management lets several people off at a time and wonders why the handful of people working cant get everything done. Constantly going against their rules and regulations when conveinant for management. The people who are good workers and do what their supposed to get on trouble for doing what is supposed to be done. Instead of workmans comp they make you use vacation days. Get cussed out for taking lunch and get into trouble if you don't take a lunch. An injury work related, not your fault or surgery can get you fired. Estes claims to be family oriented but won't let off with request 6 weeks in advance to attend a child's play. Did I mention they won't let you take a vacation because its not conveinant for them.
