      Pros

      the pay is very good for the area. Benefits are not bad got worse since the bad economy. Pretty good about getting time off when you want it.

      Cons

      Lots of unnecessary overtime, and lack of respect from management on all levels. Job is very repetivie and they are changing things all the time.
