Pros
It's a pretty good company to work for. Very solid, and very easily survived recent economic hardship. The people are helpful, and have a generally good attitude about everything.
Cons
A lot of technical decisions get made without involving the users of those decisions. Many times a software package was purchased that IT was supposed to implement, yet IT was not involved in the decision to purchase said product at all. Also, don't expect promotions. Estes would rather hire temporary consultants to get the job done rather than allow their own employees to flourish and grow.
