      Pros

      All the people are easy to get along with, pay is well above what they could get by with, easy work if you have the coordination skills. Constant stock of cold free water bottles for employees

      Cons

      Too many hours for some and not enough for a few. I could easily provide more to the company at the same time as gaining more hours. Proper safety gear not provided.
