      Pros

      Half the guys you'll work with are actually decent humans. You'll get 50 or more hours a week and unless upper management is in town it's pretty laid back.

      Cons

      The other half are brain dead idiots. You won't ever see overtime pay. When upper management is in town everybody in the shop walks around puckering, in more ways than one.
