Pros
The pay is OK and weekly. caveat is you have to make your hours in order to make a decent living which week to week was so inconsistent it was hard to budget.
Cons
hours were so infrequent upper management continuously lied about everything when asked for clarification. Supervisors and upper level management routinely brought personal relationships into the workplace which You as an employee have to routinely step on eggshells in tiptoe around. Trailers and dock people routinely made racist comments and HR was virtually useless as she constantly Gossiped and told your business. Clerks and supervisors constantly flirted with drivers which made the environment uncomfortable they environment was so dirty and unprofessional. Policies and procedures were upheld on a supervisors discretion not fair across-the-board at all .If you were to get your hours like i said the pay was ok bit spectacular or anything.
