Low pay scale. Limited upside potential. Poor response by corporate on problem resolution. Company employees are required to perform too many tasks with little or no training. Company seems to have poor vision of where it wants to go in the future. New services are added without adequate training while core services suffer from under performance. Limited input from employees on setting goals.
