Pros
Great company when comes to caring for the employees, steady employment, Company match 401k, Credit Association, Employee Relief Fund, The company does a great job at managing finances, Trucks, Trailers and other equipment are always available. Pay is good for hourly drivers, dispatch/inbound/outbound supervisors. Every six month automatic pay increases.
Cons
Lack of Training, could definitely use better methods. Vacation time and Paid Personal/Sick days - minimal compared to other trucking companies. HR department needs a complete overhaul. Office supervisors and Clerks, make the least in a terminal.
