Ridiculously long hours, unreasonable expectations, toxic work environment fueled by constant negativity and laziness in upper management, total lack of pay scale, this place is built on nepotism so all of the home office upper management people are just there screwing around and ignoring the fact that this company is completely out of control, no interest in improving procedures just standing around pointing fingers at people under them while actually accomplishing nothing. A living nightmare for anyone that's not related to or close friends with someone in the upper tier of management. These people should be ashamed of the way they treat thier employees but I can assure you they are not.
