Good pay, decent benefits, solid hours.
Cons
Management treats CS like an unwanted stepchild, you don't matter until you mess up. No training materials, no SOP, you're expected to learn everything from the other employees (who have their own work to do). God forbid you ask a follow up question, because terminal management has no respect for the work CS does and has the attitude that you should know the entire job inside out in a few weeks (despite receiving no training). Home Office CS doesn't have a clue and routinely tells customers wildly incorrect information, which the terminals then have to correct.
