Great until youre no longer needed - Yard Jockey Estes Express Lines Employee Review

Anyone above a dock supervisor is working on an agenda, shifts are divided to factions. Shift OM, and terminal managers (at my time) were very much the "nice to your face" but push you into oncoming traffic sort of people. Too much leeway to employees that are their "friends" and not enough for those who had major life incidents occur. If you're "too good" in your position they refuse to let you move up (CDL school, supervisor, even from dock to jockey at times) but will gladly give you more work for no more pay
