Pros
Generally they have freight snd will keep you moving. Significant equipment upgrades during the last year+. Ever so slowly they are entering the digital age.
Cons
Terminal management, admin, dispatch all wear blinders and have a strict "its not my job" credo. After a while you get numb to to it. A million procedures a driver needs to work around to get his/her job done - but that's typical of any trucking company. In the final analysis, it's just the total lack of communication around here. Basically you find things out through the rumor mill.
