Pros
There are very few positives to share about this place. I suppose if you're an unmotivated baby boomer trying to quietly play out your remaining years before retirement, you might find Estes the perfect place.
Cons
If you're younger than the baby boomer generation and still aspire to feel good about the contributions you make each day, you will hate yourself for taking a job here. This family-run business is concerned only with profit for the family -- and members of the family never fail to jump in and muck things up if they feel the inclination. Estes spends the absolute minimum on its employees. On the flip side, the company gushes money on wasteful projects because management couldn't manage its way out of a paper bag. It's a depressing place, and there's no indication that they are aware of what a bummer it is to work here.
