Pros

Some departments have strong team camaraderie Opportunity to gain hands-on experience due to lean IT structure Great teammates! Overall, it's stable and a cushy job.

Cons

All of the reviews about nepotism reflect real concerns. The head of our department lacks a clear understanding of technology innovation. The company is investing in the technology department, but not in professional certifications or employee development. In general, the benefits at the company are not great The IT infrastructure and systems feel outdated and reactive rather than strategic. Decision-making is highly centralized, which slows innovation and modernization efforts. There is perceived favoritism in promotions and advancement opportunities. There is limited transparency regarding the long-term technology roadmap. Change management is inconsistent, leading to confusion across teams.

Pros

They have food trucks come out and buy food for employees sometimes which is nice and was vey much appreciated. The people are nice.

Cons

The pay was very low, they hired new temp agents and paid them more than the permanent employees and threatened to terminate them if they shared. Put in my two weeks notice when i found this out as i had been offered a better salary at another logistics company and then I was offered another position with higher pay (1 dollar more, yayy). The manager over my department was 17 years old, what a joke. Overwhelming at times because of the lack of communication between the customers, where they purchased items from, and the delivery companies making their own delivery schedules. Very stressful environment when customers expect delivery on a certain day and we are calling them to tell the "no it is not coming on xyz date, we need to schedule this now".
