Pros

very dependent on which department and who your manager is.

Cons

most everyone is dramatically underpaid. Very little planning, documentation, and training was given, and a very complex system. Terrible communication throughout the company which often creates panic. Some managers invest little to no time in their subordinates.

Pros

They have food trucks come out and buy food for employees sometimes which is nice and was vey much appreciated. The people are nice.

Cons

The pay was very low, they hired new temp agents and paid them more than the permanent employees and threatened to terminate them if they shared. Put in my two weeks notice when i found this out as i had been offered a better salary at another logistics company and then I was offered another position with higher pay (1 dollar more, yayy). The manager over my department was 17 years old, what a joke. Overwhelming at times because of the lack of communication between the customers, where they purchased items from, and the delivery companies making their own delivery schedules. Very stressful environment when customers expect delivery on a certain day and we are calling them to tell the "no it is not coming on xyz date, we need to schedule this now".
