Pros

Everyone I have worked with is nice and helpful. They provide snacks and sometimes buy us lunch. The offices are pretty swanky

Cons

They don't pay that much and they only offer PTO to salaried employees. This alienates the hourly workers. The job training is somewhat disorganized and confusing. Also HR and management don't seem to be on the same page. I was told things during my interview that we're later contradicted by HR after I started.

Pros

Exciting company with huge potential within the Auto Claims space. The company is already growing into different markets and offering solutions to large Insurance companies. If you like fast pace and can handle the constant change and grind of a tech startup, you’ll like Estify.

Cons

None at the moment. The old management didn’t do a good job managing the business. Kind of a boys club. But new management has put in place consistency and stability.
