Health Insurance was inexpensive yet offered high coverage. Flexible day to day life. ( You can take your brakes and go on lunch any time throughout the day as long as you do not have a progress meeting with the manager.) Rare paid lunches. (1 every 2 - 3 months.) Free snacks everyday.
Cons
Not entirely honest about benefits. (Job posting stated you could work from home after 4-6 weeks of training. This was not the case after finishing 6 months of training, stating the lack of resources allowing people to work from home. This benefit was later removed in future postings of this position.) No PTO (Employees must choose between not getting paid or going to work sick/ going out in hazardous weather.) No paid holidays.(On certain days (Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day) employees do not receive pay for holidays. The office was also closed that day so employees did not have the option of coming into work.) Limited amount of unpaid time off (15 days. Part-time fast food workers get unlimited unpaid time off.) Job instability (Startup company. Had company-wide layoffs after after some contracts were not honored.) Virtually impossible to get raises. (You needed to have a high enough powerscore to be considered for a raise .25 - 1.00/per hour added to your wage.) Pay is low.(Highest rate is $14.00 according to glassdoor at the time of this posting.)
