Pros 1) Mainly Direct to Client contracts 2) Marketing team and CEO are trying to bid and win direct IT projects 3) Provides some health care costs 4) Provides a yearly Educational Credit 5) Co. is prompt in providing any support, documents needed for immigration. 6) Co. willing to do online interactive TN1 renewals 7) Major Direct Clients are in State Government mainly on west coast 8) Co. willing to give employee/consultant a great deal of leeway in how they approach their career, Co. does not watch over and baby sit your career but assumes you are mature enough to handle your own affairs 9) Co. has a nice office in trendy mid-town sacramento, close to great restaurants for lunch
