1) Payroll on time. 2) Great support from CEO. 3) Good compensation norms and benefits. 4) Bonuses and Referrals. 5) Reimburses the cost of H1B sponsorship. 6) Provides all documents when needed for immigration. 7) Very comfortable working with this Company. 8) I'll definitely recommend to others.

Cons

Not many negatives I can think of except 1) This company does not have a marketing team. 2) Some delay in responses from the staff and CEO.
