Pros
Most of the employees are pretty cool. The company hosts several events a year for the employees. Benefits are pretty good.
Cons
First, management is very old , they love to micromanage and their expectations change regularly or they can’t remember things they’ve discussed with you. Their “entry level”sales position requires a Bachelors Degree but they offer little to no training while expecting you to work 60+ hours and they keep commissions that should be yours all for 35k, if you’re lucky. This company is also very stodgy and doesn’t like change, it’s strange for a software company to lack flexibility. Also, the employees are very cliquey. Finally, nepotism is very popular so to say there is no chance of advancement would be an understatement.
