Pros
The company is great the work environment is amazing and everyone is encouraging. The bi-weekly game board tournaments are a lot of fun and gives you a chance to see everyone from the company together. Upper management is open to working with you to make a job that you want to do!
Cons
Expectations change regularly and very little progress forward. There was little training about the industry and the company itself. Upper management is stretched too thin.
