The business is doing well as the company seems to own half of Sacramento.

Cons

Toxic work environment characterized by verbal cruelty, backstabbing, and lack of ethics. Unfortunately it comes from the top. The fish rots from the head, as they say. Most employees are far from happy.

I like all the fun things the HR department does. They really go over and above to make everyone feel included. The culture has been a big reason I love to work here.
