Opportunity for growth in a growing call center

What I can say about this company is that during the interview process the CSR’s where a lot of pastoring this job they have to not only play the management as well as look up records as well is way more than what it pays per hour. Another thing I can say about this company is that they do not like people who come to work on time or even earlier before their shift to get going throughout the day they frown upon that as well as fire you for that not the best company to work for I will not highly recommend this company to work for anybody not even to my worst enemy.

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
