Pros

National organization with ability to offer benefits not often found in veterinary industry.

Cons

Infantile organization and it often felt that they were playing dress up as a corporate entity rather than having it all together. Mid to top level leaders didn't seem to possess the humility to listen to others in the organization who may be able to contribute a different perspective.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. I'm so sorry that you had this experience with Ethos. I'm not sure how long ago you left but as the new Chief People Officer, I'm working with our team to create an environment and community within Ethos that is more inspiring, empowering and rewarding than what unfortunately you may have experienced when you worked with us. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best! - Holly

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
