Pros
From CCS, Technicians, Doctors, Supervisors, to Management they become your friends and your family. I have never worked for a place that had so much emphasis on family and being there for one another in difficult times. They want to build you up so that you can grow within Ethos as a whole and have C.E. (Continue Education) opportunities. For instance my hospital all came together after my diagnosis of Cancer and supported me whole heartedly by helping my daughter and I with food, blankets, etc. That's family. And I could not have asked for a better place to be a part of!
Cons
It's busy so you better buckle up.
