I appreciate your thoughtful comments and review. I hear you on the 401k matching (we heard that a lot in our engagement survey recently) and we're working on improving that right now for 2021! Our health insurance, we were delivered an over 7% increase for our company health insurance but made the decision to absorb 100% of the increase to keep our premiums flat for 2021 based on feedback from the Gallup Q12. We have more work to do on the health insurance costs and will keep at it. We're also getting ready to implement pulse surveys on various topics so we can hear feedback more often than the annual engagement survey, but please reach out directly to me if you have some insights and feedback you'd like to share with me! Thanks again - Holly

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
