Pros

Ethos truly cares about its people. They have been absolutely amazing at supporting employees through this pandemic. I have worked at other large veterinary organizations and I am happy to say that Ethos is different (in a really good way)!

Cons

Every company has issues and Ethos is no exception. However, overall they are supportive, transparent, and truly care! I would not work anywhere else.

Please let me know if there are specific initiatives that should be on my radar that you haven't seen or heard anything about yet. Our goal is to continue to create and launch people strategies and initiatives based on the feedback we see from a wide variety of feedback mechanisms, including our partnership with Gallup.

Pros

People you work with are fantastic. The medicine is high quality. If you are a hard worker and team player, you can spend years here building your career.

Cons

The high-up leadership and C-suite never had clear communication of the direction of the company. Because of this changes happen overnight and you are left to adapt quickly. It is pulling teeth to do your work because there are so many road blocks and approvals and levels of "managers" with egos to get through which slows progress and innovation. There are many managers and people not in correct roles. Even with managers and leads, unsure who is really in charge. Lots of layoffs across all corporate roles quite often.
